Ingredients:

4 cups cooked chicken; cubed

1 dozen tortillas (I use flour)

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 cup salsa

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheeses

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a medium bowl combine the soup, salsa, and sour cream

Add chicken and stir well

In a 9x13 greased casserole dish, layer the tortillas, then the soup mixture, and then the cheese. Makes 3-4 layers and end with cheese on top.

Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
